Sometimes right, I feel like I have so much to say, so much to write about, that I don’t even know where to begin. It’s weird though, because I hate writing essays.
I know I know, blogging and writing essays are two different things, but then, isn’t blogging something like writing an essay? I mean, you have to think of all the right words, and sometimes the words just don’t come out. Damn irritating! I remember in secondary school, we always had to write tonnes of essays for practice. Like they say, "Practice makes perfect".

Although if you write sucky essays, don’t expect it to be perfect even if you compose hundreds of entries every week. I guess I’m lucky enough to be blessed with no difficulty less-difficulty in writing.

So anyway, blogging is actually quite different from essay writing in some aspects. If you blog, you type. If you write essays, you have to manually write it (Well, most of the time in Malaysia anyway). I’m not sure about overseas though. Maybe students over there have the prerogative to type out their essays. Seriously, I think Malaysia should ban manually written essays!

Why?

Because we are living in the technological era right now. Our Prime Minister wants the citizens to embrace technology and be IT savvy. What better way to start than by abandoning the age old practise of writing by hand? Isn’t it way better to electronically type it out? If you made a typo, no big deal! Just hit ‘delete’ and retype. Who wants to apply liquid paper and wait for it to dry? Man, it saves a lot of time.

Speaking about time, I remember another old saying, "Time and tide waits for no man". So why are we wasting time by writing manually?? Grab a notebook and start firing away with your words. It’s hassle free (…in a way, providing you are wise enough to back up all your important data). Opposed to manual writing where you have to keep your papers carefully and stack it in order so you won’t have difficulty finding it, writing electronically is always better Wanna find your entry? Easy peasy, use the search feature lor.

Oh my, actually this is not what I wanted to blog about, I guess I just got carried away. The other post will just have to wait And I’m damn lucky this is not some essay writing assignment. If not, I would have to draft out all my points and make sure I have enough to write about. The teachers (again, in secondary school) always reminded us about the contents. "I will cut your marks wan ar if you don’t have enough points to write about." Very cham lor, because just by thinking of all the points, it will take up a whole lot of time already. When it comes to the actual writing part, there won’t be much time left.

ANYWAY, my friend just told me about his idea: Making money through blogging He is going to ask a few bloggers to participate and together, we will try to make it successful I know this is not something new. Bloggers like Xiaxue and Kenny Sia are already making profits from blogging for quite some time already. But then, they are famous mar, of course can make money ge lor. And, I never thought that one day, I would be involved in something like this also. It’s not up and running yet, he is just in the planning stage of things.

But I can tell you, I have confidence it is going to be something successful. Might not be as big as Xiaxue or Kennysia, but something big in its own right. Wish us luck okay? I’m not going to talk more about it, but it will be something like Stomp , not an exact replica, but something like it, and more interesting too ;p
