I must stop worrying!

I seriously think I have a problem. You see hor, I am always worrying. Even when I’m out with my friends, I will still think about stuff that worries me.

When I’m enjoying myself, I worry about what happens when it ends.

When I’m feeling happy, I worry that I will never get to experience this type of feeling again.

When something good happens, I fear that it will end soon.

When I’m feeling sad, I worry that this feeling will last for a long time.

So no matter what I’m doing, I am always worrying! How lar? Is it just me? Or do others feel this way too?

HELP ME!!

    Haha… i understand what r u mean.. but just dont agree with what ur thought.. as i know, u such a sensitive person.. AN ADVICE for u.. sometimes, thing not the way you think.. maybe u just liitle bit overthought about it.. Try to think positively.. example:
    u say that when u enjoy urselves, but worried about what gonna happend after end. let just say that u no need to worried so much, this is becoz when u worried, u r not enjoy urselves. Beside, we cannot predict thing that gonna happend next day.. Maybe after that something good will pop-up..Maybe.. u also said that when u happy, u not gonna experience it anymore… plz… dont think like that.. life still long, there will be another day.. but just it wont be totally same as the previous one.. but yet it still another “happry” rite??
    u also scare good things wont last long and bad thing will leave on for a moment… nothing is permanent in this world… good and bad thing also… everything related to urselves is in your hand. to end to start, it all decide by yourselves. fate is in our hand.. so dont need worried about it.. Try to think positively, even bad thing gonna happend.. coz when u think positively, u will take thing easiest way.. every start got the ending.. it just that how u looking at it.. ok??
